I have lived in these apartments for the past year, and recently(3months ago)I moved into a Two Bedroom/Two Bath. Since the third day we have had to listen to our neighbors above us have sex. We reported this to the office manager and the office director almost on a daily basis. They have done nothing. They told us that intercourse is not a noise. I would like to know where you draw the line. I feel as if they aren't doing anything because my roommates and I our in our twenty's and do not have children. The people above us our in their late thirties and have several children. They are asking us to leave and move out of their complex compelety.
