I have recently mvoed into Emerson Village Lakes Apartments. I looked all over the eastside of Indianapolis, north and south, and found no place I like better for the price they ask. The apartments are very nice on the inside... have newer appliances. The whole place looks very well kept. Lots of storage. I have rented 5 different places through my moves across the state, and I am very excited about living here. The management has been very nice and have answered all of my questions. I have dealt with them a lot with the move in process and all. All I have to say in reply to the prior posting on this apartment is that THAT IS WHY YOU ASK FOR THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT. It's an apartment complex... when you live in a house you hear people upstairs as well. You can't ask your upstairs neighbors to stop having sex because the noise bothers you. A lesson you learn from living in an apartment complex is that you never live under people. Yeah, it may be a mess moving your stuff up the stairs, but you don't hear your upstairs neighbors. If that is the only complaint that she has about the place, then I would consider that posting a good posting. They are very friendly and I like the place.
