I, unfortunately had to live here for over a year. Maintenance issues never were solved on the first attempt and often not on the second either. I had several complaints about the maintenance, like tracking in dirt when they came to replace my washer and dryer after it took them nearly 4 weeks to finally get around to it. They refused to clean up the dirt and told me it was already there when they came in. They had obviously set the unit down in some dirt outside and you could tell it was a perfect outline of the bottom of the washer/dryer unit. People park RV's, boats, trucks, semis, busses, jet skis all in the parking lot, so your lucky to find a spot out front or across the street. I saw, at least a half dozen arrests, while I lived there. The people from the neighborhood next door would fill up the dumpsters with couches, chairs, boxes, and large debris. The fountains never worked on the lake out my back window. The office manager was the most incompetent and unprofessional person I've ever spoken with. He told me that his own staff doesn't even know what they're talking about. There is no reason to wonder why they have to have a rent sale every month because their service skills are brutal. They will keep your security deposit, even if you return your apartment in perfect condition, then they will make stuff up. Highway noise from I-65 right next door was unbearable! And the worse thing was that I could always hear the old lady snoring across the hall at night! I'm so glad to have finally moved!
