My locked apartment was broken into the first weekend I lived here by a pervert who was standing over me masturbating when I woke up. Keeneland Crest was completely unsympathetic and unconcerned by the event. They refused to give us a chain on the door or an extra lock. Since we couldn't get them to cooperate we moved out and broke our lease. They are now charging us for damages to the carpet, even though we lived there for one week and moved out in the second week. They did it just out of spite and turned us in to a creditor with no notice. I am currently taking them to small claims court. Save yourself the headache. They offer specials because they can't get anyone to live there... and for good reason
