Review for Kensington Luxrury Apartments

This complex has went down hill in the past year. The gateman hasn't been seen since the first six months we lived here. I have never seen security anywhere. If you call them they blow you off. It took 2 months and many phone calls to get our furnance fixed. 3 months and many more calls to get the leak in dinngroom ceiling repaired!
The rent goes up but the service goes down.
