Takes maintance very long time for repairs!!!! Very outdated as far as kitchen space/cabinets/shelving. They are pretty big as far as square footage goes. If you are one for a quiet neighborhood, look somewhere else!!! Noise in apartments/townhomes are horrid!!! In a nut shell, if you don't mind noise, you don't have kids that like the little play grounds usually found in apartment complexes, you never run into any troubles with your apartment that needs fixed, you don't mind small kitchens with inadequate cabinets/appliances... You have found your dream place.
