A child has better knowledge of how to repair things than the maintenance staff here. If you like living in sewage in your carpet, welcome here, they furnish plenty... About 8 times my apartment has been flooded from plugged sewers backing up. If you want something repaired, it'll never happen here. Takes five or more times to get it right. If you like filthy laundries, you have them here for free. Be careful when you open a door, it may fall on you. Like noise, they keep you awake with creeky floors, banging water pipes, running water pumps. noisy furnaces, a/c. People in the streets shouting half the night, Can't have a window open for air for the noise outside. Plenty of illegals here so come on in, they'll rent you an apartment. AND they charge you $100.00 a month extra for month to month rental. It would take a book to write all the reasons not to come here but if you trust my advice, you'll stay away from this place. Want a job here? They can't afford to pay you if you know how to do anything so don't waste you time. Am I telling you the truth? Come and rent here and find out for yourself...
