I dont agree with most of the prevoius review. The trash is picked up on a regular basis and the grounds are maintained. The maint crew comes at 7am EVERY Tues morning. The manager is a sweetheart as are most of her staff. They are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes it may take a day or for maintenance to come. Some of fixtures and closet dors are old and could stand to be replaced. Also make sure to check your a/c. Mine works but does not cool as much as I would like. There are no bugs or rodents here and its quiet. I have been here 3 years and have never experienced or heard of any crimes taking place. As for the immigrants, maybe the previous reader should worry about his own life instead of the citizenship status of strangers. Personally, I do not notice one dominant racial group here. Is a mix of all races. For the most part, Landmark is a nice place to live. Good luck!
