Good location and quiet. That's all I can say that is good about my apartment. Safety- I've been in the office and heard people talking to staff about break-ins in their apartments. Although you get an alarm, every time the power goes out maintenance has to reset the alarm. Several people have been held up at gunpoint in the parking lot. Sidewalk lights are constantly broken. Parking- Not good! I pay for a carport. I even had my carport spot changed because people kept parking their car behind me. Now, when it rains water leaks through the roof of the carport leaving BIG spot of lime or calcium on the hood of my car. Appearance- OLD! OUTDATED! But why put money into a new look when there's a waitlist to get in here anyways! Management- Heather is wonderful now that I've complained so much that she knows me by name. Office staff- HORRIBLE! Never know whats going on and very unfriendly! Maintenance- Pretty good. They treat you better if they learn who you are. Half the time they come to fix something, they have to come back to do it again. Condition of unit- Lots of bugs! They'll spray for free on Thursdays! Outdated but clean when I moved in. Noise- Quiet BUT I live in the old, HISTORIC part. I've been to the "new" buildings and they are loud. Overall- Good location, poor customer service!
