Awesome apartment. But due to the location of my apartment my couch was not able to fit through the apartment hallway. So the hotel management said that they would swing it through the bay window. They assured me that this was something they had done numerous times. During the move of the BRAND-NEW couch in and out of my apartment, it was ripped and torn on the arms of the couch and along the edges where it was wedged and scraped along the window frame. When I showed one of the men, his reply was, "We got it out of the apartment, didn't we?"
If not for that experience and the lack of caring from the management staff, I would have stayed and leased for an indefinite amount of time.
