The maintenance here is terrible. I had no air conditioning for an entire month. They were very slow to fix it. Many other residents have moved out as well due to the poor maintenance and general conditions. The weeds in the patio areas are growing rampantly. Management is not helpful when residents have issues to be resolved. My street was once full when I first moved in, but now is more than half empty. Residents are fed up and moving out.
