if you have money to threw away just to keep warm very draffey light bill went from $20.00 to $150.00 cause the heat was running non stop.got water leaking from kitchen ceiling down from light fixture they won't fix(they been told about it for 3weeks in a row)it's still leaking had to call the fire department just to change battery in smoke alarm.been 4apartment fires,since I'd moved in a year ago.wouldn't advise my worst enemy to move in here!!!!!!!!!!
