Overall Spinnaker is not a bad place to live. I have lived here two different times and both times have been enjoyable. The leasing staff are very nice and concerned about my needs. Maintenance is always quick to fix any problems that arise. The landscaping is very nice and they take good care of the grounds. The only problem is the nasty looking trash compactor, trash is always overflowing. The only problem I have with the inside of my apartment is the carpeting was a little worn and the paint job was sloppy. Again though I have lived in alot worse conditions. I would recommend Spinnaker the price is right for what you get.
