I lived at St. Agnes for only 9 months, but it was a great place. There is a maintenance/building manager who lives on site, has cameras throughout the hallways and at entrances, and is very friendly.
Parking is hard to find in downtown apartments, but not here. A gated, yes gated, lot with assigned space for each resident. Addition parking on the street.
Place was clean when I moved in, I felt safe there and overall a great place. My only complaint was living on the bottom floor, sometimes the door slammed when people came in, it was pretty loud.
