I have lived at this apartment complex for almost 4 years, and have not have many dealings with the office staff in this time, although when I did I found them to be useless and rude! When I moved out I had exactly the same issue as the other reviewer, where they have told me that they cannot tell me if they plan to deduct any money from my deposit or not, and I will not be informed until I receive any remaining deposit back 45 days after move out. They told me that they can't make any decisions, the contractors who carry out the work will bill them when complete, and they then bill me. I told them that in that case I wanted to meet with the contractors to walk through the apartment prior to them starting any work to look at any 'alleged' problems. They told me that they couldn't do this as they didn't know when the contractors were going to be there and wouldn't know until they had arrived and started on the work?! Either they are lying to me, or this is the most incompetently run business out there - I would guess it is both!
I also had a couple of maintenance issues during the time I stayed there, which they were very slow and incompetent in repairing.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I stayed for 4 years as an ideal tenant, left the place in immaculate condition, and they are doing all they can to try and screw me.
