When I first moved to Sundance, I thought it was a great place to live. My neighbors were friendly and I felt safe.
However, the apartment was not in the best condition when we moved in. The bathroom and the kitchen were not cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. Also, the garbage disposal broke numerous times and was never fixed properly. Parking was a complete pain in the butt, especially on evenings and weekends. I ultimately was upset with how unprofessional the office staff is. For instance, I would walk in on a Sunday to drop off my rent check and the leasing agent would be asleep on the couch. Also, every time I had a question, I would never receive a straight answer. Every person in the office would have a different answer for the same question. It was a hassle and waste of time!
I am now moved out of the apartment and am now being charged for damages that I did not do. They failed to contact me about these damages. Luckily, I was given the information from an apartment I am moving into. Sundance put that information on my rental history information but failed to contact me to let me know about the situation. I just wanted to warn people about how unprofessional the staff is at Sundance. I have several friends that live there now and experience the same problems. I would never recommend that anyone move here unless they go under new, more professional management.
