I have read many reviews lately and had I read them before I moved in, I would have gone somewhere else. Sundance at the Crossings likes to try and stab you in the back when it's time to move out. I lived there 3 years and had a little wear and tear (as would be expected after 3 years) they tried to make me pay an outrageous fee to re-paint (should be normal punchout work after someone moves out) also tried to make me pay a huge fee for "not giving them enough notice when I moved out" after one of the STAFF members telling me I could let them know whenever! All is fine when you are living there, but watchout when you move out, you will be fined for everything under the sun! Please take my advice, don't move in here!!!!
