Review for The Courts At Kensington Apartments

I have been here for 4 years now and I'm DYING to get out! The last few months have been the worst. My son's car was broken into a week ago. Both of our cars were egged 3 months prior to that. A month ago someone left a 14" dent and scratch on my hood and bumper.

Parking is difficult to find in front of the building if you come in after work. Part of that could be due to people who have more cars than adults in their household.

My oven door has been broken for 4 years and the flooring is cracked and peeling...and has been for over two years. I've never once had anyone come in for repairs or to clean the carpets in the amount of time I've been here. The inside room doors have never worked properly.

Some of these things I can overlook, but I'm so tired of here now!
