This place is a dump! Even the renovated apartments, is renovating on the cheap! These apartments are not all electric, you pay a monthly R.U.B.S. charge, which is for the hot water, which is fueled by gas. They will not let you see apartment, before you rent it. Bottom line they are not worth the money period! Good area bad apartments! The only good thing I can say about my dump, I did not see any cock-roaches, that does not mean there are none. If you want covered parking, it will cost you, and you must have it until your lease is up!
