Great location, close to Broad Ripple and not a bad drive downtown, but..........My oven door was broken, so that it fell to the floor everytime it was opened and broke my roommate's toe. This was reported and never fixed. Poor insulation. Horrible parking. Numerous car break ins, including one armed robbery. Poorly explained rules of lease. I left with the feeling that I had been royally ripped off. But the staff was nice, but kind of, how to say this nicely, inept.
