Apartment Reviews for Beechmill Farm
It depends.

Personally I had a plethra of good and bad experiences. It was a very earthy place where I enjoyed taking jogs with my husband at night in the day or whenever. However my other friends who lived there all had cars with busted windows and stereos stolen out of them etc... I guess it's all luck really. The entire place smells like Curry which can be good or bad depending on whether you like Indian food or not but other than that it was kind of clean. As for bugs. With nature comes bugs. From a brown recluse nest to a wasp nest, you name it I experienced it. But that's just what comes from living with nature. They were never willing to work with me on rent even though I joined the Domestic Peacecorps and took a pay cut to serve my country as a volunteer. That really took a toll on my credit. They did always remember me but not necesarily go out of their way to assist with things. IE. The spiders. There are a lot of families and young couples that are just starting out and want to be in an earthy environment while still in the middle of everything there is in Indianapolis. That was nice. As for winter, yeah they really need to get someone to plow that place. We would all be out there trying to get eachother cars out for hours. Not good at all. The fire places are nice but I don't think they ever clean them so definitely do that. I don't know it's up to you. I did okay there on my own and I'm sure if I had to live there I could do it again. I think I would just be more careful about natures friendly creatures. <P>
