It's quiet and a quick walk to everything. Parking is bad on Friday and Saturday nights but I've never had a problem finding a spot within a short walk. <P>

Everyone I know likes it here. $560 for a two bedroom isn't what I call overpriced.
The management "stole" the grills from patios after sending a letter to all residents asking them to clean their patios and take their grills indoors by a certain date. Annoying, yes, but not any different from any other apartment complex trying to do something about messy decks.
The floors are hardwood and there are lots of windows. The courtyards are peaceful, the squirrels are friendly, it's a walk to the grocery store or record store or clubs.
I don't have a dishwasher, and my drain clogs sometimes, but these are my worst problems.
