Apartment Review for Chelsea Manor Apartments

This place is affordable but the the manager of the buliding is so rude. Her work ethic sucks and she has no care in the world about what comes on in apartments. She has a very pooh way of communicating to residents and very unprofessional. I woulf NEVER refer anyone to these apartments, I don't care how affordable its not worth the disrespect. She needs to be replaced ASAP!
