Our Review for Cloverleaf Apartments

Cloverleaf Apartments sit off of Washington Street, right beside I-74. It's a short commute to downtown with the city only 6 miles away and countless bus stops in the area. Renters can choose to dine at a variety of places off of Washington Street, including the Checkered Flag Tavern, Safari, and even a White Castle. Reviews criticize the staff's work ethic and the maintenance crew, but others say it is a great place to live at an affordable price.

I live IN Cloverleaf and have for 3 yrs. I think that their Nice. With any Apartment Complex their are bound to be some issues. Overall The grounds are nicely kept and maitenance is 24 hr.Very close to shopping and the Airport. Also an Award winning township school district. I would reccomend it to friends and Family. <P>

I have lived in Cloverleaf apts. for 8 years and it is a very nice place too live it is pretty quite and clean. It is also very affordable because it has a phace that is based on your income, so it is for everybody.
