Apartment Reviews for Eagle Chase Apartments - Indianapolis

Eagle Chase Apartments is situated on Eagle Creek Parkway, just off West 46th Street and directly across from the Eagle Creek Airpark. Residents will love the close proximity to the Eagle Creek Reservoir and Eagle Creek Park for fishing and other outdoor activities. The complex is quite close to Interstate 465, so the rest of Indianapolis is but a short jaunt away. Tenant reviews of Eagle Chase have been largely positive. A few have been irked by some possible shortfalls of the maintenance staff. But, many reviews have been very pleased with their experience at Eagle Chase, noting that it is located in a great area, with minimal noise, and good parking.

I've lived here for about a year, and I absolutely love it. The complex is located near I-465 and 38th street, which makes it easy to get around town quickly. I live on the third floor, which has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. Upon moving in, the apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. There is a nearby tennis court, pool, and small workout/gym within the complex.

Aside from location, the best part about the complex is the staff. They're easy to get in touch with, and maintenance requests are addressed with incredible quickness. I've been at other apartments in the city that paled in comparison.
