I was forced to move when I lost my job in Indianapolis. Latitudes does not have an early termination lease policy. When I moved they allowed me to pay month-to-month until the apartment was rented. I then was told 3+ months later that I owed them late fees for the month-to-month rent and the office staff told me wrong. They are also charging me an extra months rent with their only explination being a ledger that is impossible to comprehend. They are not understanding and in this economy you cannot trust them in the case you may have to move. They will take every penny they can and will not work with you. Also their apartments are extremely over priced and mine was brand new when I moved in. I had them out twice to re-clean it because it was so dirty. I thad scratches all over the walls and floors and no one had even lived there before. You can hear your neighbors breath and you can smell it when they smoke as if they are in your apartment. It is also next to farm fields which means unless you like the smell of pig's crap you won't like living there. Its an awful place where they will tell you one thing and pull the rug out from under you.
