Apartment Review for Lockefield Gardens

Due to the fact that my previous parking pass was damaged, and did not retain the remains when I sold my first car. The leasing office had me cough up $250 so I could park my car in the complex, and prevent it from being towed away at my expense.

I can understand an amount ranging from $20 to $50, but $250 is adsurb, when I confronted them as to why it's so expensive, they replied, "Tt's because of all the illegal parking", which I countered replied with, "Why am I being penalized for your incapacity to prevent illegal parking, I'm still a resident here", then they replied, "Oh! Everyone pays $250".

The sticker is not worth $250, and for a first instance, and for their tenants, they should be a lot more considerate.

They will do their best to milk you out of your hard earned money for ridiculous reasons. This is unethical.

Further, it's quiet interesting to check out the number of complaints on the Better Business Bureau against them.
