The place is great but be aware that your energy bill are going to run well into the 250s every month assuming you turn down your temp during the day and never set it above 68 degrees when you are at home. The windows are singled paned, drafty, and the frames are old with no seal. Weather stripping can only do so much. I'm worried what summer costs will be.
