Great place for grad students ( over a year ago )

I've lived here for all 3 years of law school, and I'm sad to leave! Management is terrific and responsive. They will even take in your mail and water your plants while you're away.
The apartment itself was in nice shape. When I moved in my carpets and tiling were new, and since then they've updated the roofs, the paint and the balconies (a little noisy while it was being done, but so nice now).
Rent is reasonable compared to other places in town- the pool is nice, if small, and the grounds are well kept. Close to campus (10 mi), but not too close. Undergrads may want to be closer to downtown, but for grad students and families, Madison Village is a great place.

this is a genuinely good place to live very low crimes, however around the holidays we have alot of kids that like to stir things up a bit there. the office staff are very friendly and the maintenance staff are awesome they fix things in a very timely manner. <P>
