Review for Oak Park Apartments

I can't believe I renewed I thought things were getting better. This place could be the best! Large apartments, good neighbors, that's where it stops. Rodents, insects, things that have not been well maintained for years, and are now way past obsolete or fixable. Brown stoves in some units. Peeling paint on eaves, rotting balconies, furnaces and ac units that scare you to look at them. old rusted carports. No heat or air on many occasions. Pipes so old things float in the water and it smells musty. So many roof leaking problems, I'm sure this place is a petri dish for mold. Get your act together Morgan Properties. Or I'm calling the TV stations to report this place.
