Apartment Review for Oak Park Apartments

I moved in last year and every maintenace issue, so far has been addressed promptly. The maintenance man said the property was built in either 1955 or 1965 so there are deferred maintenance issues to be sure. Hopefully when warmer weather arrives, the maintenance will improve. The property is too nice to be left to a final crumbling. All of my neighbors are nice and quiet and the location is excellent. I hope to renew my lease when it comes time, if the maintenance is coming along.
