Apartment Reviews for Riley Towers - Indianapolis

If you're looking to live downtown, this is the only place you should check out. It's the best, safest, and most affordable place to live for what you get. The views of downtown from the high rises are great. The staff was friendly and there is a person there 24 hours. It was the quietest place I ever lived.There were only a few minor glitches in the year I lived there, but everything was always straightened out. It's perfect to live here if you like to walk downtown for work, school, or bars. The parking is extremely safe and mostly always available. There is always plenty of street parking too. <P>

Everything about this apartment is perfect. It's HUGE (I can do cartwheels in my living room), the windows are floor to ceiling and it is always bright and sunny. The maintenance is incredibly and fast too - I called to complain about a leaky garbage disposal when I first moved in and when I came home from work there was a maintenance notice on my counter saying they had replaced the disposal. It is safe, everyone is friendly (especially at the concierge), parking is never a problem, I can walk downtown or to all the restaurants and shops on Mass Ave, I'm approximately 30 seconds from the highway so it takes me about 10 minutes to get to work on the East side... it's just perfect. And the price is awesome too considering the size and location of the place. Compared to other downtown apartments this is the best deal. Definitely live here.

I love my apartmen. The staff has gone out of their way to accomodate me. I take the free bus to campus everyday. I refer people all the time.

I enjoy my apartment so much. I have a great view of downtown and great negihtbors too. The office is very friendly to me. I would refer anyone here!

I moved to Riley from another apartment complex downtown and I can't say enough about how much nicer Riley Towers is. I have access to a tanning bed, work out room, pool, hot tub, computer, pool table, and I enjoy everything. Also, they have someone there 24 hrs a day to help me with packages and things. The maintenance seems really good too. I have actually had 1 of my co-workers move in to an apartment in tower 3, And I got $500.00 for refering him!
