Apartment Reviews for Scandia - Indianapolis

I think this is an awesome place to live. I like most of the office staff. The community manager is not that connected to the people who live there. By not connected I mean I have only seen him once and I don't think I have ever talked to him. The girls in the office are the only reason I would renew my lease they are very helpful. The maintenance is awesome I don't know what these people are talking about. They do a great job for the amount apartments that are there. The noise level is the only thing I don't care for but I am right by Allisonville so the street noise is the majority of my complaint over all its a great place to live I give it a perfect 10 or in this case a perfect 5.
