Apartment Review for Shadeland Station Apartments

Nice apartment complex by appearance, but complex has had security issues which have been numerous in the last 2-3 months. Several break-ins have occurred, including an armed robbery against a mother and her child in their upstairs apartment. There has actually been reported break-ins and vandalism for three straight days. Seiously considering relocating if the staff does not address security issues and implement some type of deterrent like locking outside doors, intercom system, increased IMPD patrols, surveillance, etc. They make waaaaay too much money from tennants to say that it is a financial issue. I think tennant safety should be paramount before how much the apartment owners can line their pockets with.
