Apartment Reviews for Stone Ridge Apartments - Indianapolis

Where to start...
1. Linoleum in the bathroom has yellow stains in the middle of floor from pet urine. Two yellow footprints where someone would put feet while using the toilet. Office refuses to replace.
2. Cigarette burns on carpet, ditto!
3. 3/4 of the central air vents are broken.
4. Dishwasher broke after 2 weeks.
5. Shower head had been replaces and wall patched with toilet paper and caulk!
6. Window frame broke first time I opened it.
7. Kitchen cabinet floor molding falling off.
8. Office workers are idiots. They don't have any answers, don't pass on messages, and don't ever reply.

We have lived at Stone Ridge for 3 years and our experience has been great. The office staff has always made us feel at home. The property is very peaceful. The office goes out of their way to plan and organize many things for residents of all ages, some examples are pool parties, senior lunches, Christmas parties and etc. We have lived at other apt. complexes and never have we been as happy as we are at Stone Ridge. <P>

I have lived in this apartment for 2 years now and have had the best experience in apartment living I have ever had. If there was a problem it was fixed immediately. The staff has been more than freindly they have become friends. They go way over and above what would be expected. The grounds are always clean and the pool and hot tub are immaculate. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the complex, you should definately look here. <P>
