Apartment Reviews for Sundance At The Crossings - Indianapolis

I moved in to Sundance three years ago and am very satisfied. I have had no major issues. The office staff has changed recently and I believe they are better than ever!

Like the setup except for the master bathroom/bedroom connection. No doors between the two....very awkward.

When my husband and i were relocating from Missouri we took our time and shopped around alot. It was not until we entered the Sundance at the crossings complex and especially when we saw the apartment itself were we "WOWED". Just beautiful! The place is peaceful and the maintence crew are the best. I tend to be picky, and ask for alot but they have always been patient and kind and quick to get the job done. They always let me know they were there and what they did. <P>
We had a situation with our first apartment where we were getting the smoke from the apartment downstairs into our guest bath really strong. We complained a couple of times but nothing they did made it better. So we asked to be moved to a different apartment and they let us. This apartment we are in now is even lower rent and they were fine with redoing our lease. Recently I had my Dad come to visit and he is in a wheelchair. Well prior to his visit I asked the manager (Chrisy I think) if I could put up handicapped bars in the bathroom to keep my dad safe. Well never did I expect them to go out of their way like they did. Not only did they insist on purchasing everything themselves but they had it done exactly on time with only a weeks notice. They sent their head maintence man to meet with me prior to find out exactly how i wanted it. He spend the whole morning with me. then the next day his worker spent all day putting them in. It turned out great and worked perfectly for my Dad. I am so grateful to them for their help. <P>
I could go on and on about Sundance Apts. Our view is so beautiful from the first floor we have a duck pond and weeping willow trees. Of course no place is perfect. Some of the downsides are yes late at night if you come home you may not get a parking spot in front of your apartment. Thats a drag. Too the work out space and jacuzzi i kind of isolated in the basement level. that makes me not feel safe to go down there alone ever. Also the jacuzzi does not work and when you ask them about it the say thats how it is. Its more like a tub. No jet power hardly. Also it does seem at times that the staff dont communicate real well with each other. They are time where tno one is in the front office when you call at night esp. Lastly the apartments are not cheap. But unfortunately in life you do get what you pay for. I <P>
All and all I think the Sundance has the extra charm that makes your apartment more like a cozy home. I would suggest anyone come and live here...I love it! <P>
