Apartment Reviews for Turnverein - Indianapolis

Turnverein is beautiful on the outside, and used to be nicer on the inside, but has gone downhill in the last two years. <P>
Now, instead of working professionals, many college students populate this building: noise levels are up, and maintenance is definitely not keeping up with repairs. --The elevator has been malfunctioning for months and management shows no sign of repairing it any time soon. --Interior paint and plaster are suffering and not being retouched like they need to be. --Building keys often don't work properly. <P>
On an up note: --Management has been diligent about replacing our neighbors' appliances when they malfunction. --The neighborhood, while not great, is much safer now that a police station with 30+ police cruisers moved in across the street. Sometimes the cruisers even share the overflow parking lot out back. --Free use of basement gym and tanning booth. --Gated private pool for use of all residents. <P>
In summary, the building is okay overall, but our unit is definitely overpriced for what we are getting. <P>
