Apartment Review for Wyckford Commons

I wrote a review, about my air conditioning,on July 13th. 2011. We have a new maintenance supervisor, been here about 3 weeks. I want to apologize to him, because, he did not know any thing about it. When the office, told me he would be right over here to look at it, they didn't tell him. The other maintenance man here, did not tell him about my air, not working at all and he told me that he would have maintenance supervisor here the next morning, which would be July 12, Maintenance supervisor, knew nothing, til my husband went over there yesterday, July 14th. He came right over as soon as he found out. I think he will be O.K., if they learn to tell him what he needs to know.
