Apartment Review for Monarch Crossing

Dependable maintence, very nice management , nice ground. Bad things are the park is deff not a place for a child, rusty and barely operable, broken equipment, dishwashers and garbage disposable suck don't work properly. Poor insillation high electric bill! Summertime ants everywhere!!! Laundryroom needs update! All around nice and quiet but out weigh pros n cons!
