I like it here. The rent is affordable. I like only having to pay the electric bill.I looked around before signing my 5th lease and now everyone seems to charge water,sewer,recyle fees on top of rent. Decided to stay here,works for me and my family.

Dependable maintence, very nice management , nice ground. Bad things are the park is deff not a place for a child, rusty and barely operable, broken equipment, dishwashers and garbage disposable suck don't work properly. Poor insillation high electric bill! Summertime ants everywhere!!! Laundryroom needs update! All around nice and quiet but out weigh pros n cons!
