Review for Portledge Commons Apartments

The office staff was horrible. They couldn't tell me the correct address for me to hook up my utilities. The leasing agent was wrong about which appliances came with the apartment. I made several noise complaints that were never resolved. They charged me for numerous things on move-out that were not damaged or dirty (one of which was the drip pans on the stove which I had replaced when I left - fortunately, when I threatened to go to court, they gave most of it back). The office staff lied to me about lease renewalls, and was clearly interested only in lining their pockets.

Its a shame that the property owners use Oneil Property Management. If they had gone with another management company, I would still be living their today.
