The property manager, Tera Abbott, is out of her mind! When you see her coming you have to try to avoid her because if you don't you are stuck listening to her ramble on and on about religion, how her son treats her bad, one of her many husbands,how her husbands cheated on her, you name it! One breath she is talking about God and religion and the next she is telling you about her sex life. You cannot go to the pool because she traps you there in the hot sun for hours telling you everyone's business. That was one of the nice things about the place, the pool. But it stays empty all summer because of her. She forgets to warn you that they are going to have the apartments sprayed, etc. and you have no notice and they are at your door. She is a huge gossip! She calls you at home just to gossip! If you have a problem with your neighbor and you call her, she wants YOU to go over and talk to them about it. If you do not value your privacy, this is the place for you! If you try to avoid her, instead of her taking a hint, she will call you out on it and mention to you that you have been avoiding her. THE OWNER NEEDS TO REPLACE HER! As for the actual apartments...they are big but they need updated. The cabinets are the originals from the 60's. Everything is rigged up. The maintenance men never really fix anything. They just make due. One maintenance man is very nice and polite, the other is rude. Section 8 housing is far better off than this place as far as amenities go. It's rediculious. It's almost shameful to pay over $700.00 a month for what you get.
