I know the owner... another slumlord that promises and never delivers...disgusting place... and to top it off.... wait until you get your heating/AC bills (this place has NO insulation)... thank goodness they condemed with Flood... otherwise.... he would put tenants right back in the mold infested place.... if you dont believe me... check out his other wonderfull place - Foxcliff Villa... AKA Waterworld.. get your buckets ready and your mold mask on...be carefull of being electricuted also.... oops water coming down those light sockets and wires from garage hanging.... dont believe here... just look up at all the patched holes..... all this for around 1,000 a month... Hey it IS a Luxury apartment... the only thing luxury about it is the area... and the Home Owners near it wish it would just float away.....

Wow a post by an "Anonymous" person. I believe it, sounds real sincere, not angry or anything. The Foxcliff Area did not flood, and I think the Williamsburg Apartments are the ONLY apartments that had (and was paying for) Flood insurance. So you know all those slumlords carry flood insurance. This post is probably from the drunk that would not get out of bed to move her car after the landlord woke everyone up at 6 am to have the tenants move their cars (so they wouldn't flood). Then after the flood the landlord paid back the June rent and the Security Deposit, WHO WHO WHAT other landlord did That. Wrote a check to every tenant after the floor for their June rent and full deposit return.
