Review for Summerwood Apartments Apartments

I moved out in September 2006. As of today, I have not had my security deposit refunded, even though I was ASSURED that would occur in 45 days. The onsite management people are all liars. I spoke with corporate McKinley, and was told that all refunds come through a LOCAL OWNER and not McKinley, and all Summer Wood employees know this. The property is filthy; walls unpainted, holes in walls, security is non-existent and the noise level is unbelievable! If you complain, you get absolutely no where. I was even threatened by property manager Trish Cable, after I demanded my refund. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE...this is a HORRIBLE placeto live.
