Apartment Reviews for Towne View Apartments - Mooresville

This complex is the first complex that I have actually rented on my own with. I recently got a divorce and needed a place for my son and I. I love that there is a washer/dryer hook up and the floor plans are decent. I wish that there was more space in the kitchen and that the upstairs had more insulation so that they wouldn't be so loud. However, for a first time renter I have enjoyed doing it up. I love that they allow you to paint, the hallways are great because my mail is right there and I don't have to get wet when it is snowing or raining. There is no smoking in the hallways and (at least in my building) it doesn't smell like smoke, which is nice for someone like me that hates the smell of smoke. I will say that you have to be very careful in the summer time because parents around here let their children kind of run wild and I almost hit like six kids this last summer because they aren't paying attention. (UGH). The parking kind of sucks sometimes because they don't have assigned parking (i wish they did). The maintenance team is awesome since they got rid of one of the older guys that worked here. They are very timely in fixing whatever the problem is. I have had a few things mess up and they came right away to fix it. Just make sure to check if they are going to try to charge you for it. There is a spider problem and I had ants the last part of the summer. The spiders are the big old wolf spiders (EEK) but It wasn't HORRIBLE. My screen door has been broken since I moved in... which was really annoying this summer when I wanted to open the door. But whatever. I love the little locked storage unit out on the patio makes keeping the apartment clean. The light in the second bedroom closet is nice. I wish there was a little more storage space in the actual house because the kitchen is just TOO small. I LOVE that they have pantrys too. All of that to say... good place for a small family, new family, or a starting over family
