Review for Silvertree Apartments

lifestyle...redefined? ( sorry)

maintenance is bad and the environment is terrible. people leave beer bottles and corn-hole boards out on the lawn. be careful about the grass; your likely to step on a land mine.

you will be so surrounded by terrible smells, that after you move, you will donate all your clothes (possibly your car) to goodwill, and buy new stuff that doesn't smell.

the only problem is that the ACC tells parents that it is a 'responsible choice' to live here.

the maintenance is so bad, that we have tried to take care of many things ourselves. it was less stressful and less time consuming to deal with the issues we had on our own, and I was able to get back to dealing with my homework sooner.

Proof: Silvertree is so disgusting, the ACC won't let student's live in the house-style apartments, because they don't want another apartment falling to decay

also: they replace your furnace filters for you :) with ones that only protect the components of the furnace- not the type that remove allergens.
