Review for Sugarbush Apartments

I originally rented at Sugarbush because it was one of the few places in Muncie that had one-bedroom apartments and allowed dogs. However, it has been a huge mistake. The office staff are terrible about returning calls and consistently fail to take action when residents do call. Additionally, the maintenance staff does not keep appointments and is highly unavailable. Due to the combination of poor management and poor maintenace, I had one serious maintenance issue that went unfixed for over a year. Currently, the ceiling in my bedroom is falling in due to leaking water that Sugarbush does not seem too concerned about fixing. This place is not at all worth the rent I pay. I can't wait to move out!
