No complaints here!!! ( over a year ago )

Its sad to see so many people griping about this complex/community when, in fact, its a great place to live. Unfortunately, its some of the RESIDENTS that make it bad. The office staff is sometimes understaffed and over-whelmed, but after hearing some of the stuff they deal with (a resident yelling and screaming she smelled gas, when indeed the apartments aren't even gas heated or even have gaslines to some woman pleaing to have her rent reduced because her neighbors are loud). The maintenance staff is ON SITE and handles alot of stupid calls daily...people needing their toilets plunged? Really? you can't do that yourself. As far as caulking and ceiling nails popping...these are all naturally occuring issues with any structure that starts to settle after the first construction. Most homeowners have to repair these things anyway, so why would an apartment building expect any less? The children running around playing? why on earth would you ever complain about that, at least this neighborhood is safe enough to allow that! I don't know ANY apartments in Hamilton Co that include most utilities, have a great school system, close to shopping...even offer income-based reduced rent (notice I didnt say subsidized, its INCOME BASED!!!)
My only wishes for improvement would be security (a neighborhood watch), locks on the dumpster doors (on windy days we have to listen to them bang shut all day and night), 24-hour maintenance phone for those pressing late night problems, and perhaps taller privacy fencing to block the trailer park next to us.
I've lived here for 4 years and was one of the first families to move in....never once have I had any complaints other than that stemming from trashy, loudmouth, opinionated
neighbors. Its not the office staffs' responsibility to fix your coveting, not the maintenance peoples jobs to come and plunge your toilet....oh and btw....the reason the front door on upstairs units is 10 degrees colder? because HOT AIR RISES MORON!!! there is no heating vent by our front doors, therefore it wont be warm down there...plus the windows have a seal/lock on them for in those colder months....you simply lock the window down shut and it seals the threshframe!
This a great community to live when it comes to what Noblesville has to offer. I would say the only problem is most of the residents who only can complain and point the finger at people, instead of fixing their own problems. If any bad review is going to come from me?....it would be that BUYER BEWARE! This neighborhood has alot of curmudgeon grumps who are always complaining about discrimination and looking for handouts!

I've lived here a few months now and all I can say is its ok, I've lived in worse. Half the complex is income sensitive (there is a min and max you can make in order to qualify for lower rent).
Pros: New apartments, pool, nice staff, good size apartments, pet friendly, lots of parking, safe (as a single woman I feel very safe in here), washer/dryer hook up, price, nice mix of older and younger people and cultures, police seem to regulary patrol the complex, new or nearly new everything.
Cons: So far my only complaint is NOISE, you want an upstairs apt, if you have a downstairs be prepared to hear everything the upstairs people do plus you will hear the people on either side of you. I've spoken to other downstair people and they say it is very noisey to them too. There are kids everywhere so kid noise outside is high and you need to watch out when driving thru. Maybe management should review who they are putting where before renting, if you have a bunch of small kids or large dogs give them a downstairs only. The inside paint job isn't very good either and the paint they use is a flat paint that shows every mark.
A monthly or bi-monthly newsletter from the office would be nice as they have a lot of management sponsored events but you do not hear about them until to late or the day of.
Overall I think it's ok. In hindsight I would not rent a downstairs again. I wanted a downstairs as I have a small child and med. sized dog and both can get rather active at times.
