Don't live here if you want to keep your money ( over a year ago )

I lived at Lion's Creek for 3 years. The apartment itself wasn't too bad. It was what you could expect for the prices. However, the last year I was looking to buy a house. I told the office staff that, and they tried to make me feel bad for trying to better myself. She said things like... you'll miss this place when you come home late and your water pipes have burst, or you'll miss this place when your roof starts leaking, ect. Well, I ignored it because I figured they were upset to have another empty apartment, given that they already have so many. But when I signed my lease I was told all that was needed was a 30 day notice, so I didn't read my lease... Let's face it, not many people do. Yes my fault I get that, but now they are charging me for it and told me it didn't matter what someone that works there told me. So I learned not to believe a word anyone that works there says because it will cost you a lot of money!!! They have to do something to cover for the empty apartments, and the people not paying the rent.

This place is pretty nice. Safe, except for the speeding cars. Parking great. Pretty with the partly dead bushes. Office people are okay, if you don"t get them angry. Maintenance okay. Noise, if you don't mind howling dogs, okay. Finally the apartments... I do have something to say about THAT, first of all ANTS, ANTS, ANTS, ANTS!!!!! To many ants! They are EVERYWHERE!
