Review for Lake Pointe Apartments

I've been here about 2 years now, and things were pretty good. Maintenance was awesome and attended to issues in a timely manner and the office staff were pleasant and a pleasure to do business with. However, recently (10-25), the complex was sold to a different company and the staff that was here was wiped out completely. Now, the noise issue I've had has not been dealt with AT ALL, and is much worse now; the complaint I've filed about someone else parking in the carport which I PAY $25.00/month for has gone on deaf ears also, and te maintenance staff - literally look like gangbanging hoodlums. Unfortunately I did just renew my lease for another year, because I didn't figure it could get worse (until the someone else in my carport issue), I am not looking for something else, and hope to before the 27th of this month. Please, do NOT choose this place. I would have given awesome reviews had the recent things not taken place. But, what a change I had.
